Refund & Payment Policy

1. Payment Requirement
All consultations must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session.
Payment confirms your booking and reserves your time slot.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of consulting and time-based services:

Once a session is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be accommodated.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled session:

The session will be considered completed

No refund or reschedule will be provided
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:

Your session will still end at the scheduled time

Additional time will not be added
6. Exceptions
Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of The Resourceologist.

Payments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal). We are not responsible for:
